We are building a register that provides insight into the qualifications and certificates of professional companies and specialists in installation technology. We are doing this with a small group of colleagues, who are taking important steps, usually with pride and a lot of energy. In our app you will soon find all the certificates and data of specialist companies and specialist professionals, so that they can show clients and supervisory bodies that they are competent and therefore qualified. Functional Engineer/Informatie Analyst

(at least 4 days a week)

The job title is not important to us. We don't mind if you have done something else, as long as you fit in with our culture and have the ambition to perform the following tasks well and continue to develop yourself.

What will you do with us?

As Functional Engineer/ Information Analyst, you will be responsible for registering, setting up, improving and optimizing the processes and procedures in the Centraal Register Techniek. Your duties and responsibilities include:

• supporting stakeholders in verifying and taking stock of wishes and needs regarding new processes and functionalities;
• writing functional specifications and user stories based on the business requirements;
• taking care of a good documentation of new functionalities, so that internal stakeholders and external parties can start working with them;
• adding details and estimates to the items on the Product Backlog, in collaboration with the Product Owner and the team;
• Transferring intended functionality to technical partners;
• analyzing problems and suggesting improvements;
• establishing standards, guidelines and procedures for the use and management of applications, such as availability, effectiveness, security, documentation and authorization. You support the application users and transfer your knowledge, skills and information about application possibilities to the users.
