Dear user of our Trade Passport App. 

We don't like small print and would like to give you a brief and concise explanation of the most important points for you to consider when using the App.  

1. The App is a platform on which you can view the certifications you personally have. 
2. The agreement between you and SCRT for the use of the App originates with the installation or use of the App.
3. You are always responsible for the purchase of the peripherals and telecom facilities (including internet connection) needed to use the App.
4. SCRT makes every effort to make the App available with care and in a professional manner. SCRT can perform maintenance on the App. This may temporarily reduce the availability of the App.
5. You are responsible for the correct and careful use of the App. In particular, you must :
   - Fill in data truthfully; all data added by you remain your property.
   - handle personal login codes confidentially and keep them secret from other persons;
   - not to use the App for acts and/or conduct that is contrary to applicable laws or regulations, good morals, public order or the rights of third parties.
6. When using the App you will provide personal data to SCRT. SCRT attaches great importance to your privacy and therefore takes the utmost care in handling and protecting it. SCRT always works in accordance with its Privacy Statement and applicable laws and regulations. 
7. SCRT is not involved in the creation, implementation, handling, termination and / or reversal of the certification. SCRT is therefore not liable for the accuracy of the content of the certificates shown.
8. You can terminate your agreement with SCRT by deleting the App. This termination does not in any way affect the agreement entered into between you and a Certifying Body or the validity of a Certificate.
