Your privacy is very important to the Stichting Centraal Register Techniek (Central Register for the Technology Sector Foundation). We therefore comply with privacy laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Centraal Register Techniek takes security measures to optimally protect your personal data and also requires this from parties who process personal data on our behalf.

If you are a professional company or specialist in the Centraal Register Techniek, we use:

- name and address data;

- date of birth;

- place of birth;

- e-mail address;

- telephone number;

- gender;

- current employer;

- qualification and certification details;

- company name;

- technical manager;

- chamber of Commerce number;

- chamber of Commerce branche number;

- company premises address;

- recognition details.

We have a legitimate interest in this. With this information we can guarantee correct identification and make the qualifications of you and the companies involved with you, fully demonstrable, comprehensible and accessible.

We may need additional information from other organizations to help you in the best possible way. We have entered into a processing agreement with these companies to ensure that they handle your data with care.

We never provide/use your data for other purposes without your express permission.

You always have the right to inspect the information we have about you. You can ask us to remove your personal data. If technically possible, you have the right to have the personal data we process about you transferred to a third party.

If you contact us, you will receive an answer from us within 30 days as to how and when we can comply with your request. We may extend this period due to the complexity of the request. If we extend this period, we will notify you within 30 days.
